Production Time

Most orders are printed within: 2–5 working days

During busy periods production may take slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide.

Delivery estimates:

• Netherlands:1–3 working days

• Europe: 3–7 working days

• United Kingdom: 3–7 working days

• North America: 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: 5–15 working days

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

Packaging varies depending on print size and destination.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes charged by their local authorities.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email mewithin 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the packaging

• Photographs of the damage

We will work with theprintspace to arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Returns

Because every print is produced specifically to order, we are generally unable to accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect paper selection

If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace the print or provide another suitable remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Colour

Every monitor displays colour differently. Minor colour differences between your screen and the printed artwork are normal and do not constitute a fault.
