• All photographs are original works created by Jim Wilson.

• Prints are produced to order using archival pigment inks on premium fine art papers.

• Product photographs are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

• Frames shown in lifestyle images are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

• If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

• Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

5. Payment

• Payments are securely processed through our payment providers.

• We never receive or store your payment card information.

6. Print Production

• All prints are made to order by our professional print partner, theprintspace.

• Production normally begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

7. Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on destination.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Made-to-order prints

• All prints are made to order.

• Because our products are produced specifically following an order, the statutory right to cancel for change of mind may not apply where the product is made to the customer's specifications or is otherwise clearly personalised.

Change-of-mind returns

• Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, customers may cancel their order within the period required by the consumer protection laws applicable to their purchase.

• For qualifying online purchases in the UK and EU, this is generally 14 days from the day the goods are received. Certain exceptions apply, including goods made to order or clearly personalised.

• Where we voluntarily offer a 30-day return period, this applies subject to the terms of this policy and does not limit any statutory rights that apply to the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

• If your print arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

• Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return costs

• Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising a permitted change-of-mind return.

• We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

International customers

• Customers outside the UK and EU are entitled to any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of their country. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Refunds

• Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Statutory rights
